Welcome to the complex world of AGOT lcg!-You can bring more than one card out of shadows each phase using "tricks" like you mentionned. The restriction only concerns cards you bring out of shadow using the shadow framework at the beginning of each phase (the "normal" way). - Winning by 4 means winning with a difference of 4 (your 2nd option).
Yup. I don't live in that big of a town but there's a dedicated competitive gaming group. Netrunner was the game for the last two years or so. About the end of last year every suddenly decided, "LOL Netrunner sucks now" and all bailed to play Game of Thrones 2nd Edition.
