Sleep tracking inaccurate. I'm not posting this to complain. Just hoping it will make features better. I just got the vivoactive 3 music. I noticed some parts of sleep tracking are incorrect. The device or software does not actually know the difference between light sleep and awake. I think this area needs more fine-tuning.
Hey there, with the Fitbit Versa 2 being pretty new, I'm lacking enough information to compare Garmin's Vivoactive 3. From my understanding, Fitbit has much better sleep monitoring and that's important to me, but I've seen it said that the Vivoactive 3 is better made and more accurate overall.
Is the vivoactive3 as bad as everyone says. I was going to pick one of these up but it has so many bad user reviews about battery length and other things. This is not historically normal, but it may be a new bug. I've had my Vivoactive 3 for about a year-and-a-half and have not had this issue. That is, until yesterday. I noticed the same thing. No green light, no heart rate info at all. A restart fixed the issue. My guess, based on a sample size of one, is that the latest update introduced a bug.

I read that on a different forum and realized I had recently downloaded a new course. This was my method for correcting the problem: 1) I deleted all downloaded courses using the Garmin Golf app (on my iPhone 11 iOS 14.8.) 2) I synched my Garmin Vivoactive 3 with my phone to make sure courses were deleted from the watch. 3) I restarted my watch.

KGMess over 4 years ago. My Vivoactive 3 displays six random numbers. If I swipe the screen they go away only to return shortly after. I have seen this question asked before but haven't seen a solution. Does anyone have one?
